Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all LIT tags still attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
